International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping for all confirmed orders, and the shipping cost for your order is determined by the weight of the package. Orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days via DHL Express complete with a tracking number and a required signature upon delivery.

*Note: Transit times may vary based on the destination country and customs clearance, but you can expect your order to arrive in approximately 3-5 working days.*

Please be aware that you may be responsible for taxes and duties in your country, and NYRET DESIGN disclaims any liability for charges incurred.

 

Refund & Return

A 15-day right of cancellation applies to original price products purchased from our online shop. The 15-day period begins on the day you receive the product. If we receive the product in the same condition as that in which it was purchased, the full purchase amount will be refunded to your account when your return is received. If the product is damaged, or appears to have been used in a manner beyond that in which a consumer would otherwise use the product, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the product's depreciation.

​You must notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. Send your message to us by E-mail, at nyretdesign@gmail.com. In your message, clearly state that you wish to exercise your right to cancel your purchase. You cannot cancel a purchase simply by refusing delivery of the product without informing us in advance.

 If you decide to exercise your right to cancel your purchase, you must pay the return shipping costs yourself when sending the product back to us. We reserve the right to refuse parcels sent as cash on delivery.

 You must return your order to us without unreasonable delay, no later than 7 days after informing us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You yourself must pay the costs directly associated with returning the product to us. Liability for the product becomes yours at the time it is delivered.
