Return and Refund Policy
EXCHANGES
Minor fractures or creases may occasionally occur on paper products or packaging during handling. However, we take extra care to double-protect all items to ensure they reach you in the best possible condition.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return or refund in the form of store credit.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Please note:
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.
Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send the item. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund provided your order has not yet been shipped. Please note that a 6% administrative fee will be deducted from the refund to cover transaction costs incurred during the initial payment process.
Once the order has been shipped, our standard Return and Refund Policy will apply.
